Pretty sure most of you puked at this point, yet some of you might feel nostalgic and would like to come back to the old WoW, when it still was cool. I'd expect us to go casual about it, make new characters and gank the opposite faction for the fun of it, plus occassionaly do some raids and stuffs. Anyway, there's World of Scriptcraft, incredibly scripted private server that goes on 1.12.1 version without any expansions included. Every player has a choice to start on level 49 with experience rates that you change by command (x1-x5 max), so the WoW hipsters would just level starting at level 1 with x1 rates, while most people would just go for instant 49 and level to 60 with the x5 exp rate. There are no donation/voting rewards and the main goal is to make it as blizzlike as possible with the choice of leveling speed. Raids are fully working and they requiere attunements and what-not, plus opening ceremonies are going to be just like on the retail. (ex. AQ40 and run for mount) Consider it, before Guild Wars 2 comes out the only option is the infamous ToR with monthly fee. Private WoW we can play for free, it's a 5GB download off piratebay without any need for installation or patching, and in group it's going to be lots of fun.
