IHG In-House Rules Conduct1. No cheating. Fairly obvious, right? No stream cheating, phantom hearing, the likes. 2. No BM(bad manner). Information about BM will be listed at the bottom. 3. No rage-quitting or griefing. 4. Being in vent is required to participate in any in-house. Players with the tag have slot priority over people without a tag.* 5. No flaming, demoralizing, or derogatory language. 6. Failing to comply with restrictions via punishment will result in permanent expulsion from the community. What is considered BM:- Shit talking.
- Bragging in all-talk.
- Pausing or un-pausing the game at a poor time.
What is illegal in our in-houses:- Any other creep perma-blocking or redirecting shenanigans is illegal.
- Cheating, hacking, etc.
- Spamming ventrilo or game chat.
- Purposeful team stacking.
If you have any questions or notice anything missing let me know in this thread. *Players with a tag that do not have an accepted application are considered 'no tags'. If they falsely claim to have been accepted when in reality have not then they are restricted from in-houses for one day on top of the possibility of further punishments such as expulsion.

I see no stream sniping on this list. You know what that means!

Can you elaborate on rage-quitting. There were a couple times when our team as a whole decided that the game was over, and left early. What do you consider this? I know the other team was annoyed both times, even though they had a better end game team and were already dominating us.
Do you consider when an entire team leaves because they are completely outmatched and no longer having fun a rage quit?
There have been a few games where some of the better skilled players were clearly stacked on one side, and that tends to cause some pretty horrible facestomps.
edit: To clarify. I don't really mind when teams get stacked, as I still learn stuff, and sometimes faster that way. However, I saw some frustrations brewing even in the game I watched.

That's not a rage quit. That's a team agreement that the game is over and we all GG out before disconnecting. Rage quits happen at the individual level where one player is probably being shat on and can't deal with it, so they leave without saying anything.

Ragequitting would be someone leaving the game to let their team essentially do a 4v5. This is not to be mixed up with DCs. About the imbalanced teams issue, there is not rule against it, but it is frowned upon. At the moment we are still figuring out who is who and the teams may be imbalanced for awhile. People should shuffle the teams after every in-house.

In that case just get all your team to type ff (fore fifth) so people know you think they won and the game can end... That's what I think is the best way to act.

I'm not really understanding what you mean by permanent creep block or redirecting. Does that mean no placing wards on neutrals to stop them from spawning?
